A new teacher for every subject
In Class 6, one class teacher is replaced by a separate teacher for each subject. A child can fall behind for a full term before anyone notices. The syllabus is still light, so we use the year for reading, number sense and the habit of finishing work.

Algebra begins this year
Class 7 has no board exam, so effort often drops. Algebra begins this year, and Science starts to explain why things happen. Neither is taught again from the start in later classes.

The last year before the board syllabus
The board syllabus starts in Class 9, so Class 8 is the year to make the basics firm. We teach it slowly on purpose. Rational numbers, cell structure, and force and pressure all return in later classes. A student who only memorised them struggles then.

More to study, and stricter marking
The workload roughly doubles in Class 9, and marking gets stricter. Students who used to revise only in the last week start to slip, usually in Maths and Physics. Many weak Class 10 results begin with gaps left in this year.

The board year
The syllabus is finished by December. After that comes a full term of past papers and three pre-boards in exam conditions. Teachers correct how each answer is written as well as whether it is right.

Intermediate: two boards, two streams
Bihar Board and CBSE run as separate programmes, because the two boards set different papers. Both offer PCM and PCB. Both also prepare students for the practical and viva marks, which many students leave to the last week.

Do you teach CBSE Class 9 and 10?
Yes. Class 9 and Class 10 are taught for the CBSE syllabus in English medium. Class 10 students also write three pre-boards before the board exam.
Which classes and boards do you cover?
Class 6 to 10 for CBSE, taught in English medium. In Class 11 and 12 there are two separate programmes: CBSE in English medium, and Bihar Board (BSEB) I.Sc. in Hindi and English medium. They run separately because the question patterns, books and marking are different.
Which is the best CBSE coaching in Bettiah?

Yes, and students do catch up. The date for finishing the syllabus stays the same. So a student who joins in October has less time to cover the chapters before revision starts. Joining at the start of the session, in April or May, is better.
Do you teach in Hindi or English?
It depends on the programme. Class 6 to 10 and CBSE Class 11 and 12 are taught in English. Bihar Board I.Sc. (Class 11 and 12) has a Hindi medium batch and an English medium batch. The entrance and government-exam batches run as the page for each one says. You get study material in the medium you enrol in.

Yes. Bihar Board I.Sc., Class 11 and 12, has a Hindi medium batch and an English medium batch, for PCM and PCB. CBSE Class 11 and 12 is a separate programme, taught in English medium.
