Results,
and how we report them
Every student we count is our own enrolled student. Ask for the batch size behind any result and we will give it to you.

Through the session
How a result builds up through the session
A board or entrance result can be seen coming for months. Weekly tests, monthly reports and three pre-boards show most of what the final mark sheet will say. They show it while there is still time to act.
So this page is mostly about those records. It says what we measure during a session and what we publish at the end. It also says what we do not publish.
The achievements page covers where our students go: board results, engineering and medical selections, and government appointments.
See where our students goRecords
What is written down during a session
There are six points where we record a student’s standing. A parent can ask to see any of them for their own child.
Diagnostic test
A written test before we allot a batch, so the starting level is on record. It also shows us when a student is in the wrong batch.
Written test, marked and reviewed
We sort the lost marks by cause: concept, calculation, misreading or running out of time. Each cause needs a different fix.
Report to parents
Attendance, test scores and teacher comments. Poor marks are included, and the report comes early enough to act on.
Pre-boards and full mocks
Three pre-boards for board students. Full-length pattern papers for entrance students. Both are held on full exam timing.
What we publish
Board results and selections for our own enrolled students. Any parent can ask for the batch numbers behind them.
Counselling and next steps
We help with form filling, preference order and admission steps. A score becomes a seat only after counselling, so we stay with the student through it.
Our limits
What we publish, and what we do not
In coaching advertisements, the same toppers often appear on several hoardings. A selection count rarely says how many students sat the exam. These are the limits we keep.
What we publish
- Results of students enrolled in our own batches
- The batch size behind any selection count, on request
- Board results, with CBSE and BSEB shown separately
- Photographs, where the student and the family agreed
- Pre-board and mock test marks, for a parent asking about their own child
What we do not publish
- Students who sat one test here and studied somewhere else
- A selection count without the batch size
- A name or a face without permission
- Rank or selection guarantees
- Any number we cannot show you in the register

Advice
Three things to check in any coaching result
Batch size
A selection count is useful only with the batch size beside it. Ask every institute how many students sat the exam. We give this number to any parent who asks.
Weekly tests
The final mark sheet usually matches what the weekly tests showed through the year. Look at the weekly marks early, while there is time to improve them.
Proof
Ask to see the register behind a number. We put a number on this page only if we can show a parent the register for it.
FAQ
Questions about our results
Why are there no topper photographs on this page?
There are two reasons. A student’s name and face go up only if the student and the family agree. Also, a grid of faces is easy to fake, so it proves little. We can show you the register. Come to the campus and ask for the batch-wise figures for any programme.
What will you show me if I ask for results?
For the programme you ask about, we show how many students were enrolled, how many sat the exam and how many cleared it. We also show the test data from that session. Ask at the admissions desk.
How often will I hear about my own child’s performance?
There is a written test every week. Every month you get a report with attendance, scores and teacher comments. If something needs action sooner, we call you before the monthly report.
Where is Knox Learning Academy located?
We are in Bettiah, West Champaran, Bihar. Students come to our classes from Bettiah, Narkatiaganj, Bagaha, Ramnagar, Chanpatia and nearby parts of West Champaran. Call 92881 10034 for directions or to book a campus visit.
Do you teach in Hindi or English?
It depends on the programme. Class 6 to 10 and CBSE Class 11 and 12 are taught in English. Bihar Board I.Sc. (Class 11 and 12) has a Hindi medium batch and an English medium batch. The entrance and government-exam batches run as the page for each one says. You get study material in the medium you enrol in.
Is there a scholarship or fee concession available?
Yes. Any applicant can sit our scholarship test. It gives fee waivers on merit. We also give concessions to siblings and to students from economically weaker families. Talk to the admissions desk about your case.
Can I attend a demo class before enrolling?
Yes. You can book a free demo class for any programme. You sit in a normal class with the batch you would join. Call 92881 10034 to reserve a seat.
