Our Faculty
in Bettiah
The teacher you meet at admission is the teacher who takes your batch. We do not use substitutes or a rotating panel of visiting staff.

Our teachers
Who teaches the class
Parents in small cities often find that the teacher named in the brochure does not take the class. The teacher you meet at admission is your classroom teacher.
Our subject teachers come from engineering and medical backgrounds.

The teaching team
Who teaches what
We list our faculty by subject and role. Come to the campus and meet the teacher who would take your batch.
Physics
Board, JEE & NEET
Taught by faculty with an engineering background. JEE batches go up to Advanced level. NEET and board batches start slower and give more time to the chapters that score well.
Chemistry
Physical, Inorganic & Organic
The three branches are taught separately. One teacher does not cover all of Chemistry, because organic mechanisms and physical numericals need different teaching.
Mathematics
Board, JEE & aptitude
From Class 6 arithmetic to Class 12 calculus and JEE-level problems. Also the maths asked in government exams.
Biology
Board & NEET
Taught by teachers from a medical background. NCERT Botany and Zoology are read line by line. Practical and viva work for Intermediate students is covered too.
General Studies
UPSC, BPSC & government exams
Polity, history, geography and economy for civil services. Also the Bihar-specific topics that BPSC asks.
Languages
Hindi, English & Social Science
Board English and Hindi, with answer format and the writing sections. The General Hindi paper you must clear for BPSC. Social Science for Class 6 to 10.

Staffing
Four rules we follow when we hire teachers
Good teaching starts with who is hired and which classes they are given.
Subject specialists only
Physics is taught by a Physics teacher. No teacher here is given three unrelated subjects to fill a timetable.
A doubt hour every day
There is a fixed hour every day when any student can bring any question to a teacher. It needs no appointment and has no extra charge.

One-to-one help when needed
A student who falls behind gets separate sessions on the weak topics. The student does not have to sit through the whole chapter again.
Teaching in Hindi and English
Teachers switch between Hindi and English while explaining, so every student follows the idea.
For students
