CBSE Class 11 & 12
Coaching in Bettiah
PCM and PCB for the CBSE board. Case-study and assertion-reason questions are practised in every chapter, with the latest CBSE sample papers.

The exam
What the CBSE Class 12 paper asks now
CBSE says its board papers now carry more questions based on real-life situations. A student has to apply an idea, read a case or a data table, and explain the result. Case-based passages and assertion-reason questions are part of the paper. Learning a chapter by heart is no longer enough.
Our CBSE batch practises these question types from the first chapter. Every chapter test has assertion-reason questions. In the final term, students solve the newest CBSE sample papers in full.
PCM: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics
For students who want engineering. Physics and Maths need the most practice. Class 11 mechanics and calculus are also the base for JEE and CUET.

Show the list
- Physics: mechanics, thermodynamics, electrostatics, optics, modern physics
- Chemistry: physical, inorganic and organic across both years
- Mathematics: calculus, algebra, vectors, 3D geometry, probability
- Practicals and the project component, prepared in full
- The same chapters are used again for CUET and JEE preparation
PCB: Physics, Chemistry, Biology
For students who want medicine. Biology stays close to NCERT and is the scoring subject. Most PCB students lose more marks in Physics, so we teach it slowly and separately.

Two-year plan
What we cover in Class 11, Class 12 and the final term
Class 11 has no board exam, so many students take it lightly. But Class 12 chapters are built on Class 11. JEE, NEET and CUET also ask from Class 11.
Class 11: the base
Mechanics, calculus, physical chemistry and the Class 11 Biology chapters are taught in full. Practical and project work also starts in Class 11.
Class 12: syllabus and question types
The Class 12 syllabus is finished before the board exam. Every chapter test includes case-study and assertion-reason questions.
Final term: sample papers and marking
We solve every official CBSE sample paper in class, with a clock. Each paper is checked against the marking scheme, so students see where CBSE gives marks.
Aims
What the two years work towards
- A CBSE Class 12 percentage high enough for the college cut-offs a student is aiming at
- Regular practice of case-study and competency questions well before the board exam
- Full preparation for the practical, the viva and the project
- Class 11 and 12 chapters learnt well enough to use again for CUET, JEE or NEET
FAQ
Questions about CBSE Class 11 and 12 coaching
Which is the best CBSE coaching in Bettiah for Class 11 and 12?
No institute can prove it is the best, so compare things you can check. Ask how many students sit in one batch, whether there is a written test every week, and whether you can sit in a class first. Knox Learning Academy teaches CBSE Class 11 and 12 in English medium at Signature Tower, Supriya Road, Bettiah, for PCM and PCB. JEE and NEET preparation can run alongside. You can check all of this in a free demo class. Call 92881 10034.
Is CBSE taught in Hindi or English?
Our CBSE Class 11 and 12 batches run in English medium only. We teach, test and give material in English, from the English NCERT textbooks. If you want Hindi medium in Class 11 and 12, our Bihar Board (BSEB) programme has Hindi medium batches.
Can a CBSE Class 12 student also prepare for CUET here?
Yes. The CUET subject papers follow the Class 12 syllabus, so a board student has already studied most of it. CUET is a computer-based test with multiple-choice questions, and speed matters. We practise this with timed sectional tests. The chapters are not taught again.
Is there a scholarship or fee concession available?
Yes. Any applicant can sit our scholarship test. It gives fee waivers on merit. We also give concessions to siblings and to students from economically weaker families. Talk to the admissions desk about your case.
Do you teach the other classes too, from Class 6 to Class 12?
Yes. Knox teaches CBSE Class 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in English medium. In Class 11 and 12 there are two programmes: CBSE in English medium, and Bihar Board I.Sc. in Hindi medium and English medium. A student can stay at the same institute from Class 6 to Class 12.
Do you cover the CBSE practical and project component?
Yes. Physics, Chemistry and Biology each have a 30-mark practical. Maths and English have 20 marks of internal assessment, given by the school. We go through the experiment list, practise the viva, and check record files before you hand them in.
Where is Knox Learning Academy located?
We are in Bettiah, West Champaran, Bihar. Students come to our classes from Bettiah, Narkatiaganj, Bagaha, Ramnagar, Chanpatia and nearby parts of West Champaran. Call 92881 10034 for directions or to book a campus visit.
Can I attend a demo class before enrolling?
Yes. You can book a free demo class for any programme. You sit in a normal class with the batch you would join. Call 92881 10034 to reserve a seat.
