• All enrolment information provided must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Students must meet the eligibility criteria for the course they wish to enroll in.
• We reserve the right to refuse enrolment or terminate enrolment at our discretion.

3. Fees and Payment

• All fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed payment schedule before the commencement of classes.
• Fee structure and payment terms will be communicated at the time of enrolment.
• Late payment may result in suspension of services or additional charges.
• All fees are non-transferable to other students or courses without prior written approval.
• We reserve the right to revise fees with reasonable notice to enrolled students.

4. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the specified time period from the date of enrolment.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy, which may include administrative charges.
• No refunds will be provided after classes have commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
• Refund processing may take 15-30 business days from the date of approval.

5. Student Conduct and Responsibilities

• Students must maintain respectful and professional behaviour at all times.
• Any form of harassment, bullying, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Students are expected to attend classes regularly and punctually.
• Damage to academy property will result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate enrolment for violation of conduct policies.

6. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, study notes, and content provided by Knox Learning Academy are protected by copyright.
• Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission.
• Unauthorised recording of classes or sessions is strictly prohibited.
• Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action and termination of enrolment.

7. Class Schedule and Changes

• We reserve the right to modify class schedules, timings, or faculty assignments as needed.
• Reasonable notice will be provided for any significant schedule changes.
• Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, including holidays or emergencies.
• Make-up classes will be arranged when possible, but are not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Knox Learning Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or inability to achieve desired results.

We work hard to teach well. We do not guarantee specific exam results or outcomes. How a student does depends on many things, including their own effort, their attendance, and how they prepare.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate enrolment with written notice as per the terms agreed at enrolment.
• We reserve the right to terminate enrolment immediately for violation of these Terms or conduct policies.
• Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain due and payable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bettiah, West Champaran, Bihar.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
